The large lobby is located up a flight of marble stairs. The reception area is tiled in marble with a carpeted seating area around the bar.

The sofas are in black or pink leather; very comfortable. The medium sized rooms are kept in exceptional condition. All are tastefully decorated with pink/grey furniture and pink/purple bedspreads and curtains.
The bathrooms are tiled and have marble sink units.

The Hotel has 2 restaurants, the Ambassadeur which served international cuisine, and the Blue Cat restaurant which specializes in Turkish cuisine, and also provides live music. There is also a hotel cafe/bar which serves international cuisine, and excellent dessert cakes.
